We are looking for our client, a renowned company in the Zurich Airport region (ZH), for an immediate start or by arrangement, a motivated and reliable individual as a CNC Polymechanic.

Your tasks:

• Component manufacturing: Precise mechanical processing and repair of complex engine and aircraft parts.

• Machine operation: Independent setup, programming and operation of modern, multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines.

• Quality assurance: Continuous workpiece inspection and dimensional control in the micrometre range to ensure manufacturing processes.

Your profile:

• Professional qualification: Training as a Polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or Production Mechanic specialising in CNC machining.

• Plan comprehension: Routine in error-free reading of complex technical drawings (design drawings).

• Measurement technology: Skilled use of highly precise measuring instruments (micrometre, calliper).

• Process monitoring: Independent detection and correction of tool wear.
