Building and HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a versatile profile for the maintenance of infrastructure and facilities: ventilation/HVAC, sanitary, fluids, air networks, energy, plan reading, and installation monitoring.

Your mission:

- Maintain and inspect HVAC installations as well as equipment related to infrastructure.

- Perform machine connections: industrial water, pneumatic, and ventilation.

- Participate in relocations and installation of production machines.

- Intervene in case of critical breakdowns.

- Monitor and carry out building-related projects.

- Contribute to the optimisation of equipment and infrastructure.

Your profile:

- Federal VET Diploma in a technical building field or equivalent training.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial building and HVAC maintenance.

- Good command of common IT tools.

- Knowledge of CMMS and BMS is an advantage.
