Workshop Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You plan and coordinate the daily workflows and repair orders

• You take care of the deployment planning of your team and ensure that all orders are completed on time

• You are the contact person for your team regarding technical and organisational questions

• You monitor the quality of the work carried out and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

• You are responsible for material procurement and keep an overview of stock levels

• You work closely with management and report on workshop operations

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed technical training, ideally as a motor vehicle mechanic, mechatronics technician, or in a comparable field

• You bring several years of professional experience in the workshop, ideally already in a leadership position

• You enjoy leading and developing a team

• You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in stressful situations, and can set priorities

• You communicate clearly and motivatingly with your team

• You are hands-on and pitch in yourself if necessary

• You have good PC skills for order processing and documentation
