Job description

We are looking for a Splunk Specialist (M/F/X) to join our IT teams based in Geneva, Switzerland.

🔥Your responsibilities:

Design, implement and optimize Splunk solutions for infrastructure and application monitoring.
Develop advanced dashboards, alerts and queries tailored to business needs.
Manage and administer Splunk platforms, including log ingestion, index management, performance and scaling.
Implement observability solutions for proactive system monitoring.
Collaborate with DevOps, Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure service availability and reliability.
Automate monitoring and alerting processes.
Write technical documentation and train internal teams on Splunk usage.

🎯Your profile:

You hold a degree in computer science or equivalent.
You have 5 years of proven experience in observability project management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
You master Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
You have scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation.
You are familiar with CI/CD practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes).
You have a good professional level of English (B2 level).
