What is my role?

You take charge of a shift in goods out and ensure everything runs smoothly

• You coordinate and lead your team during the shift

• You ensure that all goods are picked on time and correctly

• You keep track of shipping documents and delivery notes

• You optimise the processes in goods out and also lend a hand yourself

• You are the contact person for your team and solve any problems quickly and pragmatically

• You ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

What do I need to be successful?

You bring experience in logistics and are keen to take on responsibility

• You have already gained experience in warehousing or logistics

• Ideally, you have some leadership experience or want to take the next step

• You are an organisational talent and keep a cool head even in stressful situations

• Teamwork and communication skills come naturally to you

• You work in a structured and reliable manner

• Forklift licence is an advantage

• You are willing to work shifts
