Responsibility for the smooth running of all ski and outdoor services in the Living Room
Strategic planning, further development and optimization of service offerings around winter sports and outdoor activities
Leadership, motivation and development of the Ski Butler team
Ensuring the highest level of guest care at 5-star level, including service standards, process optimization and quality controls
Responsibility for ski and outdoor equipment
Building and maintaining partnerships with ski and sports providers, organizing exclusive services (ski passes, ski shuttle, transport services)
Management of administrative processes: reservations, documentation, reports and internal quality standards
Your profile
Passion for winter sports and enjoyment in providing first-class care to demanding guests
Experience in leading a team, including motivating and training employees
Flexibility, initiative and resilience as well as a keen eye for detail
Experience in administration and confident handling of MS Office
