You can make an impact
- You take on the professional responsibility and content development for the training of specialist pharmacists in community pharmacy as well as for the assistant period. You develop training sessions using a blended learning approach and conduct them as needed. A special focus is on the comprehensive support of pharmacists in training from day one until the examination.
- You design our central development and training offerings for our pharmacist employees and managing directors (e.g., CAS Managing a Pharmacy) involving internal or external subject matter experts.
- You take care of needs assessment, analysis, conception, and implementation of personnel and leadership development measures (career paths, learning/development paths) and enjoy evaluating the success of these development measures.
- You build a strong network in the pharmacy cluster environment and involve relevant stakeholders early on. You maintain close, trust-building relationships and promote regular exchange to ensure that all parties are timely included in decision-making processes.
- You ensure that current trends are continuously integrated into the further development of our offerings and services to guarantee their innovation and relevance.
What you bring
- You have a university degree as a pharmacist with FPH specialist pharmacist and ideally possess additional qualifications in adult education or similar fields.
- You have a strong interest in personnel development to design training measures purposefully and creatively.
- You impress with high independence, initiative, and flexibility, and you are experienced in moderation and equipped with a quick comprehension ability.
- You are a communicative personality with a pronounced customer orientation, have the will to make an impact, and possess confident German language skills. You communicate in French at least at B2 level, and knowledge of Italian is desirable.
