Your new tasks

• Goods receipt & inspection: You ensure error-free goods receipt by performing systematic quantity and quality checks.
• Shipping management & transport safety: You are responsible for the administrative processing of shipping orders and ensure through proper packaging that goods arrive safely and undamaged at the recipient.
• Warehouse & resource management: You optimise warehouse organisation through clear systematics and ensure the constant availability of packaging and consumable materials.
• Product assembly: You produce end products based on specific customer requirements and work closely with specialist departments, product management, and sales.
• New product evaluation: You accompany the introduction of new products and evaluate them in close cooperation with specialist departments and product managers.

Your talents and experience

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ, electrical assembler EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, logistician EFZ, warehouse clerk EBA or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned or comparable training
• Very good knowledge in the mechanical field or electrical knowledge with creativity, imagination & inventiveness
• Good SAP knowledge (WMS/ERP, material creation, orders, postings)
• Strong technical understanding of Siemens products and quick grasp of new products
• Experience in strategic procurement or materials management is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and resilient personality with utmost accuracy
• Flexibility with daily changing product requirements and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in dealing with various departments
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, basic knowledge of French & English is an advantage
