About the job

Our core competence is the structuring and administration of private label funds. We offer banks, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, and family offices tailored fund solutions under Swiss law. Together, we create funds with the aim of providing a solid and precisely tailored offering to meet our clients' needs. We are open in the choice of asset classes and avoid standard solutions. As part of creating a new position, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as Legal Counsel 80%-100% (m/f) Zurich or Morges.

What can you expect?

- Participation in all legal, contractual, and compliance activities of the company and the managed products.

- Involvement in the launch process of new customised products and active support of the process in coordination with the responsible Relationship Manager.

- Advising and supporting clients in strategic changes of collective investment schemes (Life Cycle Management).

- Reviewing the legal basis and drafting contracts for the efficient management of existing funds.

- Managing contacts both in terms of content, communication, and process with all involved parties: clients, notaries, land registries, financial service providers, FINMA, as well as internal departments (Risk Management, Property Management, and Property Accounting). Monitoring real estate transactions, loan and security agreements of private debt products (in case of deviations from standard contracts).

- Creating and updating internal guidelines and processes.

- Conducting internal compliance audits and preparing the corresponding reports.

- Carrying out monitoring and control in the areas of money laundering, conflicts of interest, various contractual tasks, and preparing reports for the Board of Directors.

- Conducting initial and recurring due diligence of clients in collaboration with the responsible internal specialist.

What do you bring?

- Professional experience in asset management and funds would be an advantage.

- Master’s degree in law.

- Solid language skills in DE/FR, EN is a plus.

- Open and spontaneous personality, results-oriented. Willingness to learn and contribute.
