IT Application Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Management of users, access rights and permissions in medical applications
Operation and further development of core applications, especially for appointment scheduling and medical documentation
Ensuring stable operation through fault rectification and coordination of internal and external parties
Consulting and support of users in application usage and process handling
Qualifications:
Commercial training in healthcare, ideally supplemented by further training as an MPA or medical secretary
Several years of experience in healthcare as well as interest in IT and digital topics
Service-oriented, careful and reliable working style
Interest in digital processes and collaboration with various professional groups
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
