About the job
For our client in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for a committed and experienced OTA / TOA for a temporary assignment starting 01.10.2026 or by arrangement, with the option to extend.
Your Tasks
- Instrumenting and assisting during surgical procedures
- Preparation and follow-up of operating theatres
- Ensuring a smooth surgical process
- Proper handling of instruments and medical devices
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with surgeons, anaesthesia, and nursing staff
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Surgical Technical Assistant
- At least one year of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
- High professional competence and flexibility
- Very good knowledge of German
