Department Manager Home & Living (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- You are a sales talent, take initiative on the sales floor, and enjoy leading a team
- Your tasks include, besides your own sales responsibility, maintaining the assortment in your specialist product group Boutique, leading a small sales team, and achieving all KPIs to be successful
- You are responsible for your product group and manage the daily business directly on the sales floor
- You inspire our customers with an appealing product presentation and are an absolute role model for apprentices and your sales team
- You are responsible for the proper creation and processing of customer orders
- You are a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the concerns and wishes of our customers
- You regularly participate in assortment meetings and quickly implement concepts
What you bring with you
- You are a team player, open-minded and customer-oriented
- We also welcome all career changers who have already led a small team and would like to start in the furnishing segment
- You have a strong affinity for sales and enjoy leading in a competitive environment
- You bring experience in retail or sales
- You are a trainer and enjoy supporting our apprentices during their training
