Your tasks
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Performing treatment nursing activities
- Planning and accompanying medical visits
- Electronic nursing documentation using Care-Coach
- Taking on tasks as a key contact person
- Managing the nursing process
- Leading case discussions
Your profile
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Willingness to work across departments in the nursing area
- Professional experience in long-term care desired
- Enjoyment in contact with older people
- RAI and careCoach knowledge desired
- Confident communication in German, both spoken and written
