Customer Service Advisor BMW / MINI (m/f/d) Your tasks
- You competently support and advise our customers regarding service, repair, and maintenance work
- You receive vehicles, determine customer needs, and create suitable service offers
- You plan and coordinate workshop appointments in close cooperation with internal specialist departments
- You inform customers about the repair progress and hand over the vehicles after completion of the work
- You ensure high customer satisfaction and handle customer concerns professionally and solution-oriented
- You have a technical or commercial education, ideally in the automotive industry
- You bring experience in customer service as well as a good technical understanding of vehicles
- You convince with your communication skills, service orientation, and professional appearance
- You hold a category B driving licence and have good IT skills; BMW experience is an advantage
- Premium brands: BMW, MINI and Maserati
