Our LSTRI subsidiary is based in Geneva but with part of its team based in Levallois Perret too. It is dedicated to developing categories’ synergies across our global network for Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Dining Business Lines.
LSTRI key missions are to address international negotiation through the management of global/regional tenders and the drive of strategic partnerships. The aim is to optimize the profitability of our countries and to create strong and relevant strategic partnerships with key suppliers. LSTRI develop cross-business lines projects, support openings of new countries, provide assistance to local negotiation teams, define and standardize negotiation processes.
The International Negotiator is responsible for negotiating, managing and coordinating international agreements and relationships between strategic suppliers and our Business Lines across the world.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Negotiate, manage & coordinate International on top partnership contracts with international suppliers:
- Analysis of existing relationships with international suppliers, identification of opportunities and determination of negotiation strategies
- Negotiate international provision of services contracts
- Ensure the contractualization in collaboration with Lagardère legal department
- Ensure the full transformation and the payment of the agreements following the implementation of the counterparts
- Manage the international partnerships, including:
Quarterly international business reviews in coordination with the Business Analyst
Top to top meetings organization & preparation
International category workshops, cross-countries operations
International purchasing initiatives
- Coordinate and manage international tenders on global categories, across countries & Business Lines
- Build plug & play category solutions for Business Lines & countries
- Animate local purchasing team and assist them for local negotiations if needed
- Lead international cross-functional projects
