- Development and advancement of modern network and cyber security solutions
- Operation and administration of Windows server and network infrastructures
- Support of virtualisation solutions such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox
- Operation and further development of backup, monitoring, and remote access solutions
- Monitoring, fault analysis, and troubleshooting of complex IT systems
- Technical 2nd and 3rd level support for customer and internal systems
- Evaluation of new technologies as well as documentation and optimisation of IT processes
- Several years of experience in system engineering, ideally in industrial or safety-critical environments
- Sound knowledge of network technology, IT infrastructures, and cyber security
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox as well as monitoring and backup solutions
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as a category B driving licence
- High level of personal responsibility and great technical scope for design

Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, and operation of IT systems in demanding industrial environments- Development and advancement of modern network and cyber security solutions
- Operation and administration of Windows server and network infrastructures
- Support of virtualisation solutions such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox
- Operation and further development of backup, monitoring, and remote access solutions
- Monitoring, fault analysis, and troubleshooting of complex IT systems
- Technical 2nd and 3rd level support for customer and internal systems
- Evaluation of new technologies as well as documentation and optimisation of IT processes
Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ Platform Development with corresponding IT further education, e.g. as a certified IT specialist HF, Bachelor FH in Computer Science, ICT Platform Development Specialist with federal certificate, or Cyber Security Specialist with federal certificate- Several years of experience in system engineering, ideally in industrial or safety-critical environments
- Sound knowledge of network technology, IT infrastructures, and cyber security
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox as well as monitoring and backup solutions
- Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (B2)
