Operations Mechanic (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure high availability
Troubleshooting and fault rectification on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Support during the commissioning of new machines as well as during conversions and modernisations
Recording maintenance and repair work in the SAP maintenance programme for seamless documentation
Procurement and management of spare parts within existing guidelines
Participation in technical investment projects to optimise our production processes
Qualifications:
Completed training in the mechanical field, e.g. as a polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or construction machinery mechanic
Experience in operational maintenance is an advantage but not a requirement
Technical understanding and manual dexterity to carry out repairs efficiently and precisely
Flexibility and willingness to work in a two-shift system and to be on duty two Saturdays per month
On-call duty readiness to be available for urgent repairs outside regular working hours
Independent, reliable, and structured working style
Very good German skills to confidently understand and implement technical documentation
