Your role – with responsibility and impact
- Management of the St. Gallen site including leadership of 2 employees
- Active participation in projects (hands-on, construction site support)
- Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs
- Further development of the site and regional network
Your profile – competent & structured
- Basic craft/technical training (e.g., insulation plumber, HVAC, fire protection, timber construction)
- Project experience in a construction-related environment; ideally an experienced project manager with proven leadership experience
- Strong in sales, communicative, and confident in appearance
- Practical, down-to-earth personality with high commitment
- Driver's license category B
