You have completed your studies and now want to properly start your professional career?
In our 12-month trainee programme, you will get to know the Thommen Group, our various business areas and locations, and work closely with the Business Analyst CEO Office from the very beginning. Step by step, you will take on your own tasks and projects and develop both professionally and personally. During the trainee programme, we will jointly explore which area suits your strengths and interests and where your further development within the Thommen Group can lead.
This is what you will do...
- Support and close collaboration with the Business Analyst CEO Office
- Analysis and structured preparation of quantitative and qualitative data
- Identification of inefficiencies and optimisation potentials in existing processes
- Creation of analyses, concepts, calculations and reports
- Development of sound decision-making bases for different company areas
- Participation in process optimisations and cross-departmental projects
- Gradual assumption of own task packages and projects
- Getting to know various company areas and locations of the Thommen Group
This is what you bring with you...
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Business Administration
- Initial practical experience through internships, working student activities or career entry
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good numerical understanding as well as structured and solution-oriented working style
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in technical and operational processes
- High degree of initiative, independence and willingness to learn
- Sense of responsibility, discretion and integrity
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within our locations
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
