Versatile Building Worker - After-Sales Service / Renovation (M/F)

Your main responsibilities:
- Small masonry works (repairs, touch-ups, sealing)
- Laying and repairing tiles and faience
- Waterproofing works (joints, bathrooms, minor leaks)
- Painting works (refreshing apartments, touch-ups)
- Various after-sales interventions in housing


What we are looking for:
- Federal VET Certificate in a construction trade (bricklayer, tiler, painter or equivalent)
- Proven experience in renovation works and small multi-trade tasks
- Autonomous, careful, and comfortable interacting with tenants
- Driving licence, mandatory
- Living in Neuchâtel or nearby this region
- Available immediately
