About the job
Your Tasks
- Contact person for patients, relatives, external agencies and internal support areas
- Organisation of admissions, appointments, patient transports and interpreter services
- Maintenance and updating of patient data and ward overviews
- Correspondence, mail, room reservations as well as general administrative and organisational tasks
- Ordering and management of office and care materials
- Coordination with hospitality, technical service and other internal departments
- Support with ward events and projects
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- Interest in psychiatry; experience in psychiatry or geriatric medicine is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Organisational talent, communication skills and service orientation
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Confident handling of digital applications; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Orbis is an advantage
