What you will achieve with us
- You will conduct individual and group therapies for patients in the field of geriatric rehabilitation.
- Holistic care of patients during the rehabilitation process and co-organisation of discharge planning are also part of your responsibilities.
- You will work interdisciplinarily with other departments, occupational therapy, social counselling, nutritional therapy as well as medical and nursing staff.
- You are responsible for assessment and progress documentation and writing reports.
