Project Manager Planning (M/F) 100%
Your mission
- Lead projects integrating business tools and actively participate in the planning of transport services and resources
Your main tasks
- Manage projects integrating business tools (notably the production chain of the offer and the management system for recharging electric buses)
- Ensure the coherence, completeness and flow of data between the department's various systems
- Participate in establishing the planning of transport services (mobility concepts, timetables) and resources (human and vehicles)
- Prepare, transmit and publish the business documents necessary for the management and operation of the offer
- Propose automation measures and interpret statistics to optimise the offer
Your profile
- Higher education in transport engineering, or a Federal VET Diploma in the public transport field complemented by solid experience
- Professional experience in project management and in a public transport company
- Certified training in project management (HERMES, IPMA, PMI or equivalent) is an advantage
- Knowledge of graphic/layout software (e.g. DIVA) and public transport industry standards is an advantage
- Proficient in common IT tools
- With excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, you are capable of leading a project and mobilising stakeholders without hierarchical ties, with persuasion and empathy
- Rigorous, methodical and solution-oriented, you are a true change agent able to manage priorities and withstand stress
- You possess excellent team spirit, great adaptability and demonstrate proactivity
- You are a trustworthy, discreet and reliable person
