In this role, you take on the service and maintenance of devices and support our customers with professional solutions. You independently carry out repairs, installations, and modifications and act as a competent contact person. Additionally, you contribute your skills at trade fair appearances and thus actively help to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Acceptance and processing of service orders
Carrying out repairs and installations in the field and workshop
Modification and adjustment of devices
Providing technical information and instructions to customers
Support in setting up trade fair and presentation stands
Qualifications:
Completed training as electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, or automotive mechanic EFZ
Advantage: ESTI connection permit
Experience in the field of household appliances desirable
Knowledge of MS Office
High degree of independence, flexibility, and teamwork
Customer-oriented, communicative manner with a neat appearance
Business fluent German skills
