We are looking for assignments in home care in Lausanne, the Lausanne Crown, North Vaud, the Coast, Payerne and the Riviera for: Community Care and Health Assistant - ASSC in Home Care (M/F)

Your mission

• Perform, under delegation, medico-technical acts
• Monitor and analyse vital parameters
• Prepare and administer medications
• Carry out dressing changes according to established protocols
• Properly document the care record

Required skills:

• Autonomy
• Developed listening and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes and varied situations

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as Community Care and Health Assistant or an equivalent Swiss recognition
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
