Around 700 employees from engineering, product management, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and services work closely together here: engineers continuously develop new solutions, while the production and logistics teams ensure that the sensors arrive at customers on time and in Baumer quality.

You work where the highest precision meets modern electronics manufacturing. In our production, you take responsibility for bonding processes such as die and wire bonding and work with machines as well as under the microscope. Clean, precise work is central. If you love details and want to actively shape quality, you are right with us.

What I move

• You operate and programme bonding machines and ensure a stable, high-quality manufacturing process.
• You carry out precise work steps such as die bonding, wire bonding, as well as potting and underfilling processes conscientiously.
• You work under the microscope with the finest tools and assemble components exactly and cleanly.
• You actively contribute to quality assurance and consistently ensure clean, structured teamwork.

What it takes

• You have a strong understanding of precise and clean work as well as a good eye for detail.
• Ideally, you bring experience in electronics manufacturing or handling sensitive components.
• You have experience in soldering or knowledge according to IPC standards – or are motivated to learn.
• You are a team player, reliable, and approach tasks with concentration and responsibility.
