Your daily work
- Daily à la carte service with a high-quality food offer
- Control of produced food for quality and quantity according to internal guidelines and accurate presentation
- Professional management of a station
- Responsible for ordering goods
- Assistance with inventory management and stocktaking as well as responsible for the control, order, and cleaning of the cold rooms
- Ensuring proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and machines as well as compliance with hygiene regulations
- Assistance in supervising and training apprentices

- Completed professional training as a cook EFZ and solid experience in pastry
- Passionate personality with creativity and promotion of innovation
