These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Proper storage and processing of food
• Design of our menu offerings
• Organisation and purchase of food
• Ensuring efficient cooperation of all kitchen stations
• Checking daily tasks and coordination with the kitchen team
• Compliance with and control of hygiene regulations

The Sport and Wellness Hotel Post is located in Samnaun, not far from the border with Austria and South Tyrol. It is a year-round operation with seasonal focuses. Main season: end of November to early May and
