For a client in the region between Lausanne and Vevey we are looking for: automated machine operator
Automated Machine Operator
Exciting tasks
- Start up the factory: 1 production line and 3 pasteurisation lines
- Manage the production schedule according to the daily order lists
- Prevent, as far as possible, batch contaminations (recipe management with anticoccidials)
- Change the dies according to recipe requirements
- Ensure that the rules for manual introduction A and AB are scrupulously applied AA6005pui
- Know and apply the UFA Quality protocols.
The schedule is set periodically, it is rotating and is organised in 3x8 hour shifts.
The rota is set by the production planning modified by the team leader.
Profile sought
- Federal VET Diploma as miller or automated machine operator or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in a similar position would be an advantage
- Used to working in a computerised production control room (GPAO)
- Comfortable using common computer tools
- Knowledge of feed production processes is a plus
- Person who is rigorous, dynamic and has a sense of priorities
- Willing to work in a 3x8 team shift system
- Capable of operating the factory independently after the training period.
