Schedulers, bilingual FR/GER, at 25% or 50% for the on-call telephone service
This is a home office job to maintain the continuity of scheduled interventions and manage emergency situations outside office hours, from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday to Friday as well as on weekends from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.Your tasks
- Answer telephone calls and implement a solution
- Manage replacements and absences of employees
- Communicate and relay needs to the concerned persons
- Adjust requests from our clientele and expectations of our employees
- Write a report on the measures taken and problems solved
Your profile
- Oral and written proficiency in French and German
- Experience in home help or healthcare
- You have a sense of organization and are autonomous
- You enjoy telephone contact with clients and employees
- You are comfortable with IT (Windows-Office, Internet)
- Residence near Renens
