What the position includes

You are responsible as a leader for the portfolio management of 5 properties at various locations around Lake Zurich, in the Swiss mountains, and oversee quality management in all areas as follows:

• Cleaning and maintenance of all properties, including gardens (in cooperation with the gardeners)
• Laundry care with ironing for 2 people
• Control of cleanliness and hygiene in the pool area and spa
• Maintaining the service standard of the properties at a flawless level before the arrival and during the stay of the clients and their guests
• Leading and training the team (3-4 employees)
• Coordination of craftsmen
• Organization and planning of work within the team, support where needed
• Budget control
• Errand services and shopping

What you are really good at . . .

. . . you are exceptionally good at what you do and have the nerves to be adaptable and at the same time resilient in a very demanding job and environment. In addition, you bring several years of experience as a head housekeeper in a private environment and/or as a hotel manager.

• You are strong in organization, keep an overview, and your time management is reliable and precise
• You have the ability to manage multiple properties and areas of responsibility
• You are strong in motivating your team and enjoy sharing your knowledge
• You look for solutions and are strong in implementation
• You have excellent knowledge in the care of demanding materials and laundry service
• You are discreet and loyal

It is wonderful if you speak fluent German and English, can provide your own car (expenses covered), and bring excellent references and a work visa.
