Training Supervisor Mason EFZ / EBA 40% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In your role as training supervisor (40%), you take on the professional and personal support of our apprentices in the Mason EFZ field with a focus on building construction and renovation. You plan and accompany the practical training sequences on the construction site, specifically promote the professional and social development of the young professionals, and actively prepare them for the qualification procedure. In addition, you regularly liaise with vocational schools, parents, and authorities, ensuring high-quality training according to the applicable BiVo.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as Mason EFZ

• Several years of professional experience in the main construction trade

• Completed trainer course (or willingness to complete it)

• Enjoy working with young people and interest in training

• Pedagogical skills and good communication ability

• Reliability, patience, and assertiveness

• Ability to plan, accompany, and monitor training according to the curriculum

• Willingness to collaborate with vocational schools, inter-company training centres, and parents

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
