The "Client Channels" division is responsible for the future-proof and secure design of our digital and physical channels, respectively the customer interface, for an efficient and effective customer experience.
You take on a central role in the "Digital Customer Interfaces" area within the concept department. Together with our experts, you drive the professional conception of security topics in the field of Identity & Access Management at the customer interface. In doing so, you ensure that security and user-friendliness are optimally combined to create a future-proof and trustworthy customer experience.
Your tasks
- Responsible for the conception and further development of security topics for our digital channels
- Developing concepts and strategies for Identity & Access Management at the customer interface
- Analyzing and optimizing existing security processes
- Ensuring that not only convincing concepts are developed but also successfully implemented
- Coordinating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring trends and regulatory requirements in the security environment
Your profile
- University degree (university or university of applied sciences)
- Solid knowledge in the field of Identity & Access Management at the customer interface, authentication (including OIDC or OAuth), and security architectures
- Experience in the conception and implementation of security solutions in digital channels
- Technical understanding of IT security and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and their implementation in security concepts
- Experience in change management, especially in the introduction of new security solutions
- Strong stakeholder management at various hierarchical levels
