Your activities
Under the responsibility of the research assistant, you will be called upon to advise the faculty's teaching-research staff in:
- the preparation of their grant applications as well as in the instruction and processing of files requiring support from the Dean's Office;
- the drafting of contracts, mandates, agreements, etc. in the field of research;
In your area of expertise, you will also have the following tasks:
- the creation and updating of informational material intended for researchers and communication supports aimed at various audiences;
- the organization of training sessions for researchers;
You will participate in various tasks related to the valorization of research, supporting activities, and the reflection of the research department.
Your profile
We are looking for a person with the following profile:
- preferably holding a Doctorate in social or human sciences, with additional training in research organization and project management;
- at least 5 years of professional experience in academia or research, in management relevant to the position;
- good knowledge of legal aspects in the context of research and the establishment of research contracts and agreements;
- excellent organization and analytical and synthesis skills;
- good command of English and excellent written French. German is desirable.
