Your Tasks

• Entrepreneurship – professional, disciplinary and results-oriented leadership and coordination of the Sursee branch
• Responsible for the disciplinary leadership of 15 employees as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in the leadership of 16 employees in Swiss operations
• Results-oriented management through responsibility for the branch's budget targets and annual goals
• Overall responsibility for the further development of customer consulting and care (including complaint management)
• Personal support of a local key account including support of strategic key customers
• Joint implementation of a sustainable sales culture including employee empowerment
• Implementation of a sustainable collaboration culture based on our values of Togetherness, Co-creation, Entrepreneurship
• Enabler of profit-oriented collaboration between the areas of project business and resale
• Enabler in the functional collaboration of the branch with Swiss operations
• Co-creation – definition, implementation and controlling of the local market strategy

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in the construction-related industry (e.g. carpenter or joiner)
• Higher technical education or federal diploma in the field of building envelope construction
• Several years of sales experience in the window or construction-related industry
• Several years of leadership experience (preferably across multiple levels and a matrix organization)
• Good MS Office skills, PrefSuite experience is an advantage
• Proven practical experience in a comparable function
• Leadership personality who authentically demonstrates a clear attitude of our values Togetherness, Co-creation and Entrepreneurship in everyday communication and behavior
