For our client, we are looking for an experienced technical professional who wishes to combine practical maintenance with organisational tasks.
Our client is an established Swiss company with a technically demanding environment and versatile operational facilities. To strengthen the technical team, we are seeking an independent, solution-oriented, and reliable individual who wants to take responsibility both in operational maintenance and in the organisation and documentation of technical tasks.
The position combines practical maintenance with administrative and project-related activities, offering a varied range of tasks.
- Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on production and operational equipment
- Independent analysis and resolution of technical faults
- Ensuring high technical availability and operational safety
- Monitoring and optimisation of technical equipment and processes
- Participation in improvements and modifications to existing systems
- Support in planning and implementing maintenance measures
- Organisation and management of spare and consumable materials
- Ensuring order, safety, and a flawless technical working environment
Administration & Projects
- Deputising within the technical organisation
- Planning, coordinating, and accompanying maintenance projects
- Documentation of maintenance and repair work
- Maintenance and updating of technical documents and system documentation
- Recording and managing technical information in relevant systems
- Creation and revision of work and process documents
- Support during internal and external inspections
- Coordination and procurement of spare parts, components, and consumables
- Participation in the optimisation of processes and technical procedures
- Taking on further organisational tasks within the technical area
- Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance and technical support
- Solid experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of handling technical equipment and operational facilities
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of pneumatics and/or hydraulics is an advantage
- Further training in maintenance is an advantage
- Experience in coordinating or leading technical projects
- Knowledge of ERP and MS Office applications is an advantage
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional on-call duties
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Additional language skills are an advantage
