About the job
As a deputy, you support the team management in the day-to-day operations and take over the personnel and organisational leadership of the team in their absence. You contribute to ensuring a smooth process, assist with personnel planning and deployment coordination.
In this versatile hub function, you actively work in the secretariat and scheduling and coordinate the daily business in Thun as well as in the practice in Spiez together with the team, including carrying out laboratory analyses. In scheduling, you handle patient reception, telephone triage, and the appointment setting for consultations, therapies, and internal as well as external examinations. Additionally, you assist in the secretariat, transcribe reports from dictation, prepare the tumour board, and perform other administrative tasks.
Start date 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

- You have completed training as a medical and hospital secretary, medical practice assistant, or commercial employee with professional experience in healthcare or hospital settings
- You have experience in writing, processing, and sending medical reports
- You have experience in scheduling and coordinating complex appointment and treatment processes
