What you will accomplish

• You lead our branch like a conductor: planning, teams, sites, safety, quality, and profitability.
• You develop the client portfolio like a pro: acquiring new clients, retention, following up on tenders, negotiations.
• You coordinate the teams (5 to 10 workers + 1 manager), plan resources, supplies, and equipment.
• You carry out measurements, invoice projects, and ensure financial follow-up from A to Z, without losing track.
• You conduct annual interviews and embody human, structured, and motivating management.

What you need to shine

• Higher technical education, ideally complemented by training in management or sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team management, construction management, or a technical-commercial role.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with IT tools, excellent written and oral expression in French; German is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Vaud market and an established professional network in the construction sector.
