Senior Operational Risk Manager

As a Senior Operational Risk Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the Bank's operational risk framework while ensuring compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements. Working within an international environment, you will support the consistent application of risk management standards across the Group and contribute to the oversight of operational risk activities.

- Lead and coordinate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process across the organization.
- Manage the oversight of outsourcing arrangements and third-party risk management activities.
- Ensure operational risk practices remain aligned with applicable regulatory requirements, including FINMA expectations.
- Promote consistency and harmonization of operational risk methodologies throughout the Group.
- Collaborate closely with business units and control functions to reinforce the operational risk framework and governance.
Profil recherché
- University degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Around 10 years of professional experience in Operational Risk Management or Internal Audit within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining operational risk frameworks in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory expectations, particularly those relating to operational risk and outsourcing.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Avaloq is considered an asset.
- Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English with a very good command of French; German would be an advantage.
