The Opportunity
The High Voltage Products division of Hitachi Energy is globally recognized as a specialist in power transmission and distribution systems. At the Zurich-Oerlikon site, we develop and manufacture gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy. With state-of-the-art development tools and methods, we ensure the high reliability of our switchgear.
This position as an assistant in Zurich-Oerlikon offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. You will provide administrative support to the General Manager and play a central role in organizing employee events, customer events, and workshops. This variety of tasks ensures diversity and exciting challenges in everyday work.
What You Can Achieve
Administrative support for factory management
Organization of employee events, customer events, and workshops
Administrative support during FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests)
Support for the factory in infrastructure and administration areas
Professional leadership of 2 employees
Your Background
Education: Commercial apprenticeship (with or without Matura)
2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
Knowledge in organizing events and workshops
Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
Good communication skills and an open personality
Organizational talent, structured and proactive working style
Ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment
