About the position
At the heart of the industrial operations of the refinery and the Jura Neuchâtel Pipeline SA (OJNSA), you play a key role in the reliability and security of the technological infrastructures that support production.
You ensure the availability, performance and cybersecurity of OT (Operational Technology) systems, industrial networks and critical infrastructures, directly contributing to the continuity and operational excellence of the site.
A true partner of the business teams, you participate in the design, deployment and evolution of innovative industrial automation solutions. Thanks to your expertise, you support the technological transformation of the company by ensuring the integration of best practices in terms of security, reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
Management of OT infrastructures and networks
Deploy, administer and develop OT infrastructures and networks supporting industrial operations.
Ensure the availability, reliability and resilience of control and safety systems.
Monitor the performance of OT infrastructures and lead continuous optimisation actions.
Ensure rigorous management of the OT estate: equipment, servers, applications, networks and industrial assets.
Administration of OT systems and applications
Administer and maintain OT systems and applications in operational conditions, notably level 3 platforms.
Ensure data integrity and availability through effective management of backups, restorations and recovery plans.
Plan and deploy updates, security patches and software evolutions to maintain a high level of performance and security.
Provide your expertise in analysing and resolving complex technical incidents.
Project management
Contribute to the design, deployment and modernisation of infrastructures and industrial automation solutions.
Manage projects and project packages ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop solutions meeting the company’s operational challenges.
OT Cybersecurity
Play a central role in protecting OJNSA’s industrial infrastructures and critical assets.
Ensure the application and continuous improvement of industrial cybersecurity policies and standards.
Identify, assess and reduce cyber risks to strengthen the resilience of OT systems.
Contribute to vulnerability management, access control, network segmentation and protection devices for industrial environments.
Participate in cybersecurity audits and implement improvement actions ensuring compliance and robustness of OT infrastructures.
Qualifications
Degree in industrial computing, automation, industrial systems or equivalent training.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment.
Excellent command of French and very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of virtualisation technologies (VMware or equivalent solutions).
Good command of industrial control systems, notably DCS and SIS/IPS.
