In this role, you take on the professional and operational management in the area of traffic service and report directly to the sector head of the Canton of Aargau. You ensure that the client's tasks are carried out correctly, are responsible for achieving the required results, and for complying with all specifications in the defined subprocesses. Optimal customer and employee satisfaction is your top priority. Leading and promoting your employees through consistent support is central to you.
Your tasks
As an object manager, you bear the operational responsibility for defined traffic objects and areas of deployment.
This includes in particular:
Operational responsibility
- Ensuring smooth daily operations in the assigned objects
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating deployments in the traffic service
- Contact person for customers, authorities, partners, and internal departments
- Conducting object inspections and quality controls
Team leadership & deployment coordination
- Leading, supporting, and promoting employees in the object
- Ensuring operational readiness including duty planning
- Instructions, training, and introductions for new employees
- Support in operational daily business as needed
Quality, safety & reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and Securitas standards
- Processing incident reports, reports, and administrative tasks
- Optimizing processes, identifying improvement potential
- Documentation and reporting to object management or operations
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience (ideally in traffic, security, or service sector)
- Experience in employee leadership is an advantage
- High social competence, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Enjoy working outdoors and in changing deployments
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Very good German skills (spoken & written)
- Driver's license category B is an advantage
- Reliable, flexible, and resilient personality
