Your tasks
- The training lasts 3 years, starting 01.08.2027
- An apprenticeship contract is signed with the RFSM
- 3 training locations: practical training in an institution (RFSM), professional branches at ESS Grangeneuve, inter-company courses (CIE) in Fribourg
The skills are defined in the training plan. They are exercised throughout the 3 years and are divided into different areas:
- Professionalism and client orientation
- Care and assistance
- Crises, emergencies and demanding situations
- Medical-technical acts
- Health maintenance, health promotion and hygiene
- Organisation of daily life
- Housekeeping
- Administration and logistics
Desired profile
100% rate:
- practical training (3 to 4 days per week) in a home, hospital or clinic
- theoretical training (1 to 2 days per week) at the vocational school
- inter-company courses (34 days over 3 years)
Requirements:
- Fluency in French, knowledge of the partner language is an asset
- One year of practical experience is desired
