What is my role?

• You competently support and advise our demanding commercial and agricultural customers in all financing matters

• You make independent credit decisions for operational, investment and mortgage financing

• You qualitatively develop existing customer relationships further and open up new business potentials

• You actively acquire new customers and expand the business volume

• You advise your customers holistically on investment, pension and tax matters and work closely with our internal specialists

• You take responsibility for professional risk management in your customer portfolio

• You represent the bank at customer events and regional occasions and maintain an active network in the region

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training with further education in banking or fiduciary services (e.g. HF/FH)

• Several years of successful professional experience in customer consulting, ideally in lending

• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as enjoyment of active sales

• Convincing communication skills and confident, professional appearance

• Sound market knowledge in the Lucerne area as well as willingness to actively network and build your own relationship network

• High initiative and commitment as well as a structured, independent working style
