About the job
Established in Courtepin for 80 years, our centre is a recognised institution in professional and social training. Each year, we support more than a hundred apprentices from all over Switzerland, with the mission to open the doors to the primary labour market through tailored training. With a team of 90 committed employees, we work daily for the success of our apprentices.

Your mission
- Ensure the coordination of work and the smooth running of the garage, from the first contact with customers to the final invoicing.
- Plan the activities of the garage, the Tyre Service and training, taking into account operational requirements and the needs of young people.
- Supervise a team of nine employees, organise priorities and promote a constructive work dynamic.
- Pass on your professional expertise to employees and apprentices.
- Guarantee the quality of services, respect deadlines, procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure the proper functioning of installations and equipment, manage stocks, supplies and contacts with suppliers.
- Ensure the necessary administrative follow-up for the smooth running of the sector.
- Advise customers, consolidate existing relationships and develop new business contacts.
- Ensure the smooth running of the service station.
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma as an automotive mechanic or mechatronics technician, ideally complemented by further training.
- Solid experience in automotive mechanics and proven experience in workshop management.
- Experience in apprentice training or in passing on professional skills.
- Good knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Experience in a multi-brand garage or within an automotive brand network is an asset.
- Comfortable with IT tools, workshop management software and diagnostic devices.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite a team and make decisions.
- Organisational skills, priority management and problem-solving ability.
- Customer-oriented, service-minded, flexible and adaptable.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an asset.
