The University Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy offers you the opportunity to make a real difference in a professional and committed team. On the Lüthi Ward , a general psychiatric acute ward with 20 beds and 2 intensive care rooms, you support patients in acute mental crises. Our specialised psychotherapy programme is aimed at people with disorders from the schizophrenic spectrum. Here you focus on patient-centred and partnership-based care that puts the person at the centre.
Your Tasks
- You care for people in acute psychiatric crises and focus on partnership-based, patient-centred care
- You monitor vital signs and carry out nursing as well as medical-technical measures
- You implement the nursing process professionally based on the key worker system
- You actively contribute to shaping the ward environment and create a stable setting for the patients
- You engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
Your Profile
- You hold a diploma as a nursing specialist AKP/DN II/HF/FH, preferably with experience in psychiatry and enjoy psychiatric nursing
- You appreciate a dynamic and evolving work environment and enjoy helping to shape it
- You value constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
- You keep a cool head and a touch of humour, even in challenging situations
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
