Member of Relais & Châteaux, the 5-star Superior Beau-Rivage Hotel in Neuchâtel is located in a paradisiacal place along the lake promenade, called Esplanade du Mont-Blanc. It offers 66 rooms and suites to business clients as well as international private guests. It includes 7 banquet rooms, a Restaurant O’terroirs, a Veranda-Bar, two large Terraces, and a wellness area called B-Spa.
Job Description
- Prepare dishes according to the seasons and special requests from our clients for banquets
- Plating of gourmet, brasserie, and banquet dishes
- Show creativity when developing the menu with the Chef and Sous-Chef
- Apply HACCP rules
- Plan tasks according to production
Qualifications
Profile sought:
- CFC in cooking or CAP Cooking or BEP Hospitality-Restaurant option Culinary Production
- Proven experience in a similar position in a high-standard establishment
- Be rigorous, organized, methodical
- Have team spirit
- Be creative and proactive
- Be reactive
