Job Description

• Order processing
• Technical advice by telephone
• Handling of company correspondence
• Quotation management
• Processing of complaints
• Support of our customers in internal sales

We expect

• Completed commercial training or technical training with commercial further education
• Several years of professional experience in customer contact
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent German and French skills in spoken and written form
