About the job
The three schools Lätten in Fällanden, Bommern in Pfaffhausen and Buechwis in Benglen, which are located in the three village parts of the municipality, together form the Fällanden School. At our schools, around 250 teachers and staff look after over 1,200 pupils.
School Social Pedagogue
From the start of the 2026/2027 school year (1 August 2026) we are looking for one school social pedagogue for each of our three school units for a pilot project
School Social Pedagogue
(approx. 20-25% annual working time / corresponds to approx. 10-12 hours per week during 39 school weeks)
(If desired, both primary schools can also be taken on with approx. 45% workload or all three school units with a workload of approx. 70% annual working time)
Workload Each 20-25% per school unit, spread over 39 school weeks. This corresponds to approximately 10-12 hours per week/school unit, spread over 39 school weeks.
The workloads can be combined if desired. Initially limited to 2 years
Class / Level Primary School Lätten, Fällanden: Kindergarten to 6th grade Primary School Buechwis/Bommern: Kindergarten to 6th grade Secondary School Buechwis: Secondary level
Your tasks
- Social pedagogical support and promotion of ISR pupils in close cooperation with the entire support team
- Social pedagogical support for pupils with special needs in the socio-emotional area (individual support and group work)
- Collaboration with the support teams / advice on social pedagogical level
- Regular exchange with school social work, school special education, school management and other specialist offices
- Participation in concept development
We look forward to it if
- A federally recognised diploma in school social pedagogy, social pedagogy or social work and/or relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in the social pedagogical field (especially with children or adolescents)
- An independent and interdisciplinary way of working
- High communication skills
- Enjoyment of working with children and young people in the school environment
