About the job
Preparing a meal independently, dressing again without assistance, or using one’s own home safely: What is natural for many can become a challenge after an illness or accident.
This is exactly where you come in.
At reha at home AG, you accompany people on their journey back to greater independence. You develop individual solutions, strengthen existing abilities, and design therapies that are oriented towards the actual needs of your clients.
Your workplace? People’s homes. Your goal? More self-determination in everyday life.
Your tasks, versatile, close to everyday life and responsible
- Everyday training with real added value: You support adults in performing daily activities such as personal care, dressing, cooking, and household management as independently as possible again.
- Designing individual rehabilitation: You accompany people after strokes, falls, hand injuries, operations, and hospital discharges.
- Recognising and promoting resources: You analyse abilities, identify challenges, and develop realistic therapy goals together with your clients.
- Designing living spaces sensibly: You assess the home environment, recommend suitable aids, and find practical solutions for more safety and independence.
- Using professional expertise purposefully: You integrate hand therapy, fine motor skills training, and cognitive promotion into your individual therapy planning.
- Working networked in a team: You exchange ideas with professionals from physiotherapy, speech therapy, and nursing and involve relatives as needed.
What you bring with you:
- A university of applied sciences diploma in occupational therapy or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Experience in treating adults; knowledge in neurology, geriatrics, or phototherapy is an advantage
- A category B driving licence – your company car is available to you including private use from day one
- Enjoyment of independent work organisation, individual therapy planning, and responsible working
- Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to find effective solutions even with simple means
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and professional exchange
You like to take new paths rather than rely on standard solutions? Then you fit with us.
Your benefits, freedom, flexibility and appreciation
- Mobile on the move, stay flexible: You receive a company car for professional and private use including a fuel card.
- Work in a way that suits your life: Your workload is between 60 and 80%. Together we find a part-time model that fits your personal situation.
- Flexibility even outside therapy: Planning, administration, and documentation can be comfortably done in the home office.
- Predictable working hours: You work Monday to Friday – without shift work and without night duties.
- Your development counts: We support your professional development both in time and financially, for example in neurorehabilitation, hand therapy, or aid provision.
- More time for you: Five weeks’ holiday, a health bonus, and up to two additional days off per year provide extra freedom.
